1.) Place the Mdkd3d.exe file in the same directory that you installed MDK into. If you have already installed the Direct3D version of MDK, you will be asked if you want to overwrite the mdkd3d.exe file. Select yes.
2.) Double-click on the Mdkd3d.exe file to start the Direct3D-enabled version of MDK.
--Be sure you have the latest drivers for your 3D accelerator card. If you have a 3Dfx card, download them from the 3Dfx Web site at "http://www.3Dfx.com/game_dev/updates_bench.html". If you have a Rendition Verite card, go to the Rendition Web site at "http://www.rendition.com".--

Playmates Interactive Entertainment and Shiny Entertainment cannot guarantee that this executeable will function properly.
